Signing up to an open group class is a great way to spend an evening learning how to cook.

Our group classes are open to everyone. Simply choose a class from the schedule that suits your interest and book a space. We like to keep our class sizes small and personal so we limit our groups to 10 students.

Classes are taught in a relaxed, informal environment with an infectious enthusiasm for quality ingredients and seasonal food. Learn how to prepare dishes that you can easily recreate in your own kitchen.

All Eat Drink Talk open group classes are suitable for novice cooks as well as enthusiasts and include:

  • Demonstration by an instructor and interactive student participation
  • Small class size, limited to 10 students
  • Full multi-course meal of all dishes
  • Recipe binder

You’ll learn where to shop for ingredients at some of London’s best markets and ethnic food stores and techniques and tricks that will save you time in the kitchen and help you entertain with ease and style.
