  <body>Classes at Eat Drink Talk are held in a specially designed demonstration kitchen, in a beautiful loft in Clerkenwell. Our classes are suitable for novice cooks as well as enthusiasts.

Each class will typically cover 6 different dishes, including a special dessert. Special regional cocktails or drinks will also be served as part of the class to help encourage the culinary spirit and ensure a relaxing and fun session. Read what our students have been &quot;saying about us&quot;:/pages/student-comments or see our &quot;frequently asked questions&quot;:/pages/frequently-asked-questions section for more information.

All Eat Drink Talk classes include:

    * Demonstration by an &quot;instructor&quot;:/pages/instructor-bio and interactive student participation
    * Small class size, limited to 10 students
    * Full multi-course meal of all dishes
    * Recipe binder

Students sit around a large wooden table adjacent to the kitchen preparation area and sample each dish that we prepare. Students should arrive hungry and expect to leave without needing to eat afterwards!

You can expect each class to be packed with information and useful tips. From a discussion about the best brands of knives or pots and pans to comparative tastings of olive oils, sea salt or buffalo mozzarella, we want our students to walk away confident and knowledgeable.

We also talk about further ways to extend what we cook in class, including variations on the recipes, any steps that can be prepared in advance as well as where to shop for ingredients, sources for obscure spices, or where to track down hard to find vegetables.

We aim to use only the finest quality ingredients in our classes, and encourage our students to visit our &quot;Sources and Suppliers&quot;:/pages/our-sources-and-suppliers.
